Three tiers, billed monthly or annually. Annual is cheaper per month on every tier. You can change tier at any time and prorate charges in the same billing period.

What is a hosted turn?
A turn is one visitor message that gets a reply from the assistant. The hourly rate is a soft ceiling: if visitors send more than the listed turns in any 60-minute window, the widget shows a polite throttle notice and resumes on the next window.
Operator whispers, system messages, and failed replies (errors, refusals) do not count toward the rate. The Insights API exposes the same counters used for billing so you can audit usage from your own scripts.
Spend cap
Every workspace has a hard cap on monthly model spend at 3x your tier price. Once you hit it, the assistant pauses and visitors see a maintenance message until you raise the cap or the next billing cycle starts. The current spend and cap show in the Usage tab as cost_micros and cap_micros.
The cap exists so a runaway prompt or a sudden traffic spike cannot generate a surprise invoice. You can raise it yourself from the dashboard.
Plan details
Starter, $29/mo
One channel, ~15 turns per hour, and the full widget feature set. Best for a single landing page or a personal site. Knowledge base, conversation log, citations, and the gap detector are all included.
Pro, $79/mo
Three channels, ~30 turns per hour, email support, and semantic memory across conversations. Best for small teams running a help bot and a couple of marketing surfaces together.
Premium, $129/mo
Up to 10 channels, ~60 turns per hour, priority support, web search, and reasoning-model access. Best for higher traffic sites that want the assistant to research live and that need the most capable model tier.
Switching plans
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades apply at the next renewal so you keep paid features through the end of the cycle you already paid for.
Cancelling
Cancel from the Billing tab. Your workspace stays active until the end of the paid period, then enters read-only mode. Knowledge sources, conversation history, and souls are preserved for 90 days so you can reactivate without losing setup.
